NAME
       f2av - calculate the value of the structure function F2 and its
	      error for a given point

SYNOPSIS

       call f2av(xa,q2a,ita,f2a,era)

INPUT PARAMETERS

       xa	x value for the a-th point

       q2a	Q2 value for the a-th point

       ita=1	proton target

       ita=0	proton minus deuteron target

       ita=-1	deuteron target

OUTPUT PARAMETERS

       f2a	F2 value averaged over 1000 neural networks

       era	error on F2
