Joan Fuster, José Ignacio Latorre, Jordi Miquel and Joan's father are teaming
to create a wine for our friends.
We proceed with destemming adn crushing. We then, fermentate at controlled temperature,
very slowly so as to guarantee a thorough malolactic fermentation. We filter using egg white and
transfer the wine to barrics. There we wait for 15 months to bottle the wine.
We work with the grapes Tempranillo, Syrah, as well as small quantities of
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
